Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were always very clean and nicely decorated, but they were not ready in the morning. The service was brilliant with clear communication on arrival, yet some noisy interruptions disrupted my rest. The location is perfect, right by the Ottaviano metro station, offering easy access to attractions. The dining was delicious but occasionally delayed. Overall, a decent stay with some areas for improvement.
